Lost in Translation
Lost in Translation won three Golden Globe awards, including Best Picture in
the Music or Comedy category. The film also has been nominated for four Academy
Awards, including Best Picture and Best Actor (Bill Murray).
It's an offbeat comedy centered on two Americans who meet late
one night in a hotel bar in Toyoko. They find they have
more in common than insomnia. Sofia Coppola received two Oscar
nominations for best screenplay and for best director.
